Road in Ryton on Dunsmore partially blocked after cement lorry's wheels fell off

Warwickshire traffic officers had to attend Ryton on Dunsmore this afternoon when the wheels fell off a cement lorry - blocking part of the road.

Earlier today, November 20, police attended the incident on the A423 (Oxford Road).

Police said the nearside wheels of the truck fell off as it was being driven.

Specialist equipment is having to be used to recover the lorry, and police said they will conduct a full examination to find out what caused the failure.
