Rugby's Go Primitive are on their way to Glastonbury


Rugby band Go Primitive have revealed they will be performing this year – and the gig will mark their first time playing at a major music festival.
Drummer Dan Teale said: “I cant describe that feeling when we first found out! Shock was the first thing.

Hide Ad“We got the email through and we all read it and re-read it five or six times to makes sure it wasn’t some faux festival.
“Once it hit home it was the real Glastonbury we were so buzzed! But the kicker was we couldn’t tell anyone for a good while.
“The news was announced on Huw Stevens show on BBC Radio 1 last night (Tuesday) at around 10.30pm and we posted straight out on all our social media...the reaction has literally blown us away!
“Our phones haven’t stopped buzzing. So many encouraging messages of support it’s been unbelievable.”
