Saddling up again to raise funds for Gilly

CYCLISTS can help raise funds for a school in India built in memory of a Leamington race equality campaigner.

And Leamington people can find out more about the Gilly Mundy Memorial Community School and the Buwan Kothi International Trust at a stall at the Leamington Peace Festival tomorrow (Saturday) and on Sunday.

The annual BKIT Challenge Cycle ride will take place on Sunday July 15, starting and finishing in Leamington. It will raise money for the school in northern India, run by the trust set up by former Campion School pupil Gurpreet Singh Mundy, a racial equality campaigner who died in 2007 of a brain haemmorhage aged 36.
