A disqualified driver who was over the drink-drive limit sent their car spinning across a major road near Warwick after crashing into the central reservation.

The Peugeot car eventually came to stop against a road sign on the other side of the dual carriageway.

Luckily no one was injured during the crash which happened today (Friday January 29) on the southbound A46 near Warwick.

A police spokesperson said: "The driver was disqualified from driving had no Insurance and no MOT.

"The driver also provided a positive roadside breath test of 78ug and has been arrested at the scene."
