Six people injured in crash near Wellesbourne
SIX people were injured after two cars collided along the Fosse Way in Moreton Morrell on Wednesday.
Three ambulances, a rapid response vehicle, two paramedic officers and two air ambulances rushed to the scene shortly after 5.30pm, to find a woman, believed to be in her 20s, with suspected pelvic and internal injuries and three children and a man and a woman with minor injuries.
The woman was taken by air ambulance to the University Hospital in Coventry, while the others were taken to Warwick Hospital for assessment.
