Slideshow: Trinity Summer Festival in Leamington

More than £1,600 was raised for Trinity School in Leamington at the Trinity Summer Festival, which took place on Saturday and included live music slots by music pupils at the school - including solo singing, a band and a choir - and sports activities, while there was also a raffle, tombolas, face painting, golf challenges, a barbecue, cake stalls and a ‘nerf gun’ shooting gallery.

Around 200 people turned up to the event, which was organised by volunteers in the school’s parent, teacher and student association. Among those there on the day was Leamington mayor John Knight, whose five sons, three of his daughters-in-law and six of his grandchildren were or are Trinity pupils. Festival volunteer James Knight summed up the afternoon as “excellent”.
