Slideshow: Wolf Run 2013

Mud - and lots of it - was the order of the day as hundreds took to the woods near Offchurch to take on the Wolf Run challenge on Saturday.

Designed to re-create for participants the feeling of running in natural terrain, the course involves battling man-made obstacles, as well as natural ones - including swamps, lakes, mud pits, fallen trees, hills and dense foliage. People were able to run in teams or as ‘lone wolves’, while many chose to raise funds for charity. Among the many runners was a wedding party of 101 - including, of course the bride and groom!
