Still places for annual Leamington Rotary Club raft race

With just two weeks to go, entries for the annual Leamington Spa Rotary Club Raft Race on Saturday June 20 are coming in but there is room for many more, says organiser Mike Wilkinson.

He said: “It’s a fantastic opportunity for groups from clubs, pubs, societies and businesses to get a team together to build a raft and make a splash for cash on the river.

“Last year over twenty teams from pubs, clubs, societies and businesses raised a much needed £9,500 for their chosen 17 local and national charities.

“More rafts means more fun.”
