Officers from the Warwick Operations Patrol Unit were on patrol in the Warwick area on Tuesday January 5.

Upon seeing their patrol vehicle a white Jaguar X-Type V6 drove off at speed.

Officers pursued Peplow’s vehicle as it drove through red lights, failed to give way at junctions and drove on pavements - all at high speed throughout built up areas of Warwick.

The pursuit came to an end after approximately six minutes after Peplow smashed one of his car’s alloy wheels on a kerb making the vehicle was no longer drivable.

The attached video was captured from the police vehicle pursing Peplow’s vehicle.
