Take a look around Rugby’s new Matalan store at Junction One

The value retailer is based in the former Superbowl bowling alley at Junction One Retail Park in Leicester Road.

Rugby Mayor Councillor Ramesh Srivastava opened the store at 8am last Thursday.

The first 50 customers had the chance of winning anything from £5 to £100 to spend in store at the open event.

The new branch will create around 80 jobs.

Mike Jeans, retail director for Matalan, said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our business and opening up a store here in Rugby.”
