Stuart Moore, director of Plus One Personnel said: “We have been running the highly successful Banbury Employee of the Year Awards for the past five years and felt that there was a gap in the market for similar awards in the Warwickshire area.

“The Warwickshire Employee of the Year Awards are a fantastic way for local businesses to publicly thank their employees for their hard work, and with five categories to enter they are a great way to recognise and reward those individuals, teams or organisations that have shown outstanding achievement over the past 12 months.”

You can now nominate your colleagues, team or employer for the 2015 Warwickshire Employee of the Year Awards.

The awards are an opportunity to publicly recognise individual members of staff, a team or an organisation which has shown outstanding achievement and dedication over the past 12 months. They are free to enter and are open to any company Warwickshire.

It does not matter in what capacity the person (or people) are employed within your company as the award is open to all, only that you are able to demonstrate to the judging panel the reasons why you feel the person, team or organisation should receive an award.

Entries close at 5pm on Friday December 19. The shortlisted finalists will be invited to a ceremony on February 6 2015 in the Great Hall at Warwick Castle where the winners will be announced.

As well as giving employers the opportunity to recognise and reward staff, the awards also give the chance for companies to show the local business community that they offer a great place to work and enhance their profile.

It is hoped that the Warwickshire Employee of the Year Awards will become a highly-regarded regular event in the local business calendar that is a benchmark in achievement and excellence within the Warwickshire area.
