Nick Sanderson, chief executive of Audley Retirement, said: “We are pleased to announce that additional apartments will be released for sale following the initial success seen at Binswood Hall. We have been encouraged by the warm reception from the local community who rightly hold Binswood Hall very dear and are thrilled to have the opportunity to live in such a significant building. Audley is fully committed to this wonderful local landmark and bringing the building back to life for the enjoyment of a new community is what drives the whole team. We are very proud of our investment in Leamington Spa and the job creation that this project is generating. The objective is now to provide the very best finish and service possible at Audley Binswood Hall.”
