Man arrested following railway bridge crash that caused rail major delays around Rugby
A man has been arrested following yesterday's railway bridge crash that had a huge impact on trains between Rugby and Nuneaton.
Trains are now running again today (Friday) but the crash near Bedworth caused travel chaos yesterday (Thursday), with train journeys being cancelled.

There were no injuries but the bridge has been seriously damaged in the collision, which happened in Marston Lane, Bedworth, at around 3.30pm yesterday.
Warwickshire Police said a 64-year-old man from Coventry has been arrested on suspicion of endangering a railway passenger and failure to stop following a collision.
The crash led to a road closure between Forders Lane and Nuneaton Road and blocked the railway line.
