The incident happened earlier this morning near the traffic lights between Boughton Road. Butlers Leap and Mill Road. Traffic is moving slowly on the edge of Rugby following a crash.
The incident happened earlier this morning (Monday) near the junction between Boughton Road. Butlers Leap and Mill Road.
Traffic seems to be moving again but emergency services are advising people to avoid the area if possible.
