Managing director Ajith Jaya-Wickrema said: “I think that our launch party last Thursday was our best yet; the atmosphere was terrific. Everyone had a great time and there was plenty of eating, drinking and dancing to a live reggae band. Good food and drink are at the very heart and soul of the Caribbean culture and our aim is to capture the essence of that way of life. Those small islands produce such great and varied talent and the food reflects the eclectic mix of people who live there.”

The restaurant has seating for 120 people and fresh Caribbean food is prepared on the premises daily.
