Update: Fire in Leamington town centre

Oily smoke was billowing out the door of Warwick Studios next door to Aubrey Allen the butchers in Warwick Street during the lunch period.

Four fire crews have rushed to the scene and police have closed off a section of the road.

Nobody has been hurt in the fire, which appears to be coming from the ground floor of the building.

A crowd has gathered and readers have already expressed their sympathy to the owner of the business on Twitter.
