Warwick Resolution Run wants your fitness pledges

Get running, get fit and help save lives in the latest Warwick-based fundrasing drive by The Stroke Association this spring.

The charity is encouraging people to get running and pledge to take part in a 5k Resolution Run on March 20 at Warwick Castle.

The event is one of 28 of its kind being organised across the UK to motivate people into getting fit and raising cash for a good cause.

Sophie James, fundraising manager at the Stroke Association, said: “The Resolution Run at Warwick Castle is the ideal event for people who have made a New Year’s resolution to get more active.”

The run is open to all ages and abilities and participants can walk or run the course.

The charity team will also provide a full training guide to help keep runners on track over the coming weeks.

Entry is £15 and all runners receive a running top and medal.
