Warwick’s launch of Fair Trade Fortnight

Despite a resolution in 2007 the town is still waiting to win official Fairtrade accreditation.

But members of a steering group are determined to secure it this year.

They will be happy to meet all those interested in finding out more at their Fairtrade produce and gift stall in Market Place, Warwick, on Saturday (March 7).

Town mayor Cllr Moira-Ann Grainger is due to drop in at the stall to lend her support at around 10.30am.
