Warwick’s mayor’s 1100
The magnificent Great Hall at Warwick Castle was the setting for a dazzling fund-raising dinner hosted by the town’s mayor, Cllr Moira-Ann Grainger.
More than 130 guests helped to raise £8,000 in one night towards her special 1100 charity fund.
At the dinner Cllr Grainger thanked all for their generous support and added: “My team and I are delighted and amazed to be able to announce we have already achieved our goal of raising £11,000 in this 1100 year.”
