Health leaders across Warwickshire are encouraging people to make the best use of new gadgets such as smartphones and tablets to help them look after their health.
The chair of NHS South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Dr David Spraggett, explained that gifts like smartphones, tablets and laptops can be used to help people manage their health by accessing the NHS Choices website.
He said: “The website is a trusted resource that can help people make lifestyle changes such as losing weight, stopping smoking or getting fit.”
