Why Hilda is still going strong at age of 100
Good food is the secret to a good health and a long life according to a Leamington woman who celebrated her 100th birthday on Saturday.
Hilda Lucas, of Leicester Court, marked the milestone at the Episode Hotel in Holly Walk with members of her family and friends.
Mrs Lucas, who still lives independently but for a bit of help with shopping and cleaning, has two children, three Grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
