Woman rescued from River Leam in Leamington
A woman was rescued from the River Leam in Leamington this morning (Tuesday).
West Midlands Ambulance service called Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service to the scene at the bridge over the river near Jephson Gardens and Victoria Terrace at about 7.30am.
A fire engine and a river rescue team were called to the incident due to fears other people might be in the river but nobody else was in the water.
Police were also in attendance.
The incident had been resolved by 8.10am.
