‘World’s fittest man’ on TV’s record breakers

BALSALL Common strongman, Paddy Doyle will speak about his record breaking career during an appearance on a television documentary series tonight (Tuesday)

ITV’s Inside Guinness World Records highlights record breakers from across the world - including the 52-year-old former Paratrooper who holds 52 Guinness World Records and 112 fitness endurance records.

Paddy’s impressive list of Guinness World Record titles include the most one arm push-ups in one hour, the most competitive full contact rounds in boxing and other martial arts and most one arm push-ups in one hour.

Paddy, who has been dubbed “the World’s Fittest Man”, broke the record earlier this year for climbing the three highest mountains in Britain – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – in the total quickest time while carrying backpacks weighing up to 50lbs.

The programme will be aired tonight in ITV where Paddy will speak about his list of record breaking feats dating back to 1987.
