Champions Colebridge are in no mood to rest on their laurels

Runners-up Free Church A had the same winning margin against WCC A, with Timmy Cooper and Lee Dorning notching hat-tricks and the doubles and Tom Brocklehurst only denied a full house by Phil Paine.
Rugby A also won 9-1 against newly promoted Free Church C.

Hide AdDanny Orr chipped in with two while Michael Credland scored twice and John Overton and Neil Wheatley one apiece in reply. Credland and Wheatley claimed the vital doubles.
Rugby C also drew, away at Millennium A. Ben Holvey’s triple was pivotal and Hugh Crosfield lent support, winning a singles and joining Holvey for doubles success. Jack Garner and Christian Ward picked up braces for the home side and Joe McGivern won once.
Relegated Nomads Enigmas’ quest to bounce straight back began with a 7-3 win over St George’s C.
Steve Proctor was unbeaten in singles and doubles.
Phoenix’s Paul Calloway posted a typical maximum but his side only secured one more win, through Gordon Tucker, as they succumbed 6-4 to St George’s D.

Promoted Whitnash B had an eye-catching 7-3 successwin over Eathorpe B in Division Three.
Pete Elliott won three and took the doubles alongside Jayne Fitton, who won once. Wilf Chan took two.
Newcomer Binh-Khoi Nguyen won twice in reply for the villagers.

Twelve-year-old Ricardo Bolanos chipped in with two as did Tom Fletcher.

After a lay-off through injury, Emma Kilpatrick recaptured much of her old form to take a treble for Free Church H in their 8-2 Division Four win over Free Church I.
