“When a club has had a good season and they are going up into a new and unknown league there’s always that buzz.

“It is an exciting time and it will be a tough challenge because the level of football will be different and a level which some of the players haven’t been at.

“The club is being reasonable with the prices as well and has extended the early bird offer.”

With July 31 approaching, the club is keen to sell at least 100 tickets before the start of the Conference North campaign.

Fans will have the opportunity to purchase a season ticket in the main clubhouse at Saturday’s home fixture against FC United of Manchester.

Application forms will be made available and can also be downloaded from the club’s website.

Chairman Jim Scott said: “As we hope supporters will appreciate, there has had to be an increase in both match day and season ticket prices for the forthcoming season.

“We have done everything that we can to keep the price of watching football at the New Windmill as affordable as possible and will once again be one of the cheaper teams to watch in our league.”
