Brakes swoop to sign Morley

Prior to being released by Hinckley last week, Morley had been an ever-present for the Blue Square Bet North side.

The 23-year-old, who moved to De Montfort Park from Halesowen in the summer, goes straight into Brakes’ squad for this evening’s game against Brackley Town, replacing the injured Michael Tuohy.

Holleran said: “Stephan is someone who has been on my radar for some time.

“He is a good left-sided versatile player who strengthens our options and I like his qualities.

“We put in seven days’ notice for him about ten days ago as soon as I became aware that he might be available.

“He already knows quite a few of the lads here at the club and will hopefully settle in pretty quickly.”
