League Two side Cheltenham Town provide the opposition for Brakes opening pre-season friendly at the New Windmill on Saturday July 10.

It will also be Cheltenham’s opening warm-up game, with manager Mark Yates indicating he will bring a full first-team squad for what first-ever visit of a professional club for a pre-season friendly at the NWG.

Brakes, who are still finalising their pre-season schedule, will complete their preparations with a home match against Nuneaton on Saturday August 7, while manager Paul Holleran is also hoping to arrange a further midweek game against a professional club.

n Time is running out to take advantage of the Early Bird savings on Brakes season tickets for 2010/11.

Early Bird season tickets are available until June 4 and cost adults £135.

An Early Bird concessionary season ticket costs £80, while for children (aged 12 to 15) the cost is just £45.

Full season tickets have been kept at 2009/10 levels (adults £150; concessions £90; children £50), while it will cost adults £8 (concessions £5; children £3) to watch a home game.
