A single goal just after half time inflicted another league defeat on Rugby Town on Saturday.

Chasetown, who are managed by former Rugby boss Dave Stringer, secured the points with a 47th minute strike.

The visitors are now fifth in NPL Division One South, with Valley still at the bottom with five points.

Tomorrow (Tuesday) Valley have another trip, this time to Loughborough Dynamo who are just two places and six points ahead of them.
