The force is with Finch for his Challenge Cup debut
Leamington Royals vice-captain Mark Finch will make his Challenge Cup debut this weekend having been selected to play for the British Police Force against Loughborough University in the first round of the historic tournament.
This will be the full-back’s second match for the Force having previously featured in last season’s World Cup warm-up match against the RAF.
Royals chairman Ash Howlett said: “The club are very proud of Mark.
“He has only ever played for the Royals and its amazing to think a club with our short history can help produce a player capable of reaching such high standards.”
