St Margaret’s lead the way

The Year 6 girls’ team from St Margaret’s C of E Junior School in Whitnash made it a clean sweep of cross-country successes with victory in the area championships.

The girls, who had already won the cross-country league and relay competitions this season, scored 16 points to finish 35 clear of Budbrooke. Harbury were third on 85 points.

Seven of the girls and two members of the boys’ team will now go on to represent the Central Area at the All-Warwickshire Championships on Saturday March 28.
