Stunning send-off for Sibley
Members of Lillington Free Church TTC were joined by the church congregation on Saturday morning to give Kelly Sibley a rousing send-off before she joins up with the Great Britain Olympic team.
Sibley, who was at the club to film a TV interview, was suprised by her reception, saying on Twitter: “Overwhelmed by the turn out. Thank you.”
Sibley, who starts her Olympic campaign on August 3, also had a knock-up with club members, several of who will be travelling to London to support her.
