Food hygiene ratings given to two Coventry takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Coventry’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Coventry’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Balti King Indian Takeaway, at 5 Sandpits Lane, Coventry was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 26.

And Stone Pizza & Stone Grill, at 205-207 Longford Road, Coventry was also given a score of three on April 26.

It means that of Coventry's 314 takeaways with ratings, 204 (65%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
