Top Scoff, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 5a Jubilee Court, Pear Tree Avenue, Kingsbury, Tamworth was given the score after assessment on June 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Warwickshire's 109 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 73 (67%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
