A Rugby restaurant has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Papillon Cafe Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 6 Churchside Arcade, 20 Little Church Street, Rugby was given the minimum score after assessment on April 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Rugby's 137 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 101 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
