Lazzolli Pizzas and Kebabs, a takeaway at Lazzolli Pizza &Kebabs, 155a Bilton Road, Bilton was given the score after assessment on May 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rugby's 80 takeaways with ratings, 51 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
