Nuthurst Grange Country House, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Nuthurst Grange Hotel, Nuthurst Grange Road, Hockley Heath, Solihull was given the score after assessment on June 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Stratford-on-Avon's 248 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 173 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
