Another record for serial record breaker Paddy
October has been another tough for Warwickshire's WUMA black belt 4th dan Paddy Doyle, who took to the martial arts pads to take on two further World Records, held by Black Belt Karate Legend Instructor Shaswat Kumar of India.

Paddy completed an amazing 314 back-of-fist Martial Arts punches in 30 seconds, beating the previously-held record of 281.
Paddy then went on to take a second record title from Kumar, completing 553 back-of-fist Martial Arts punches in 60 seconds, beating the previously-held record of 502 in 60 seconds, this style of back of fist strikes are used in some martial arts gradings.

"I had to maintain constant focus throughout the 60 and 30 seconds,” he said.
“The Asian karate martial artist set a good bench mark, but I and my support team knew I could beat the World Records."
Doyle has been also entered into the 2027 Guinness Book of World Records for the most squats in 1 hour on p.195.
"It was an honour once again to be entered into the 2027 edition a big thank you to all my support team members who pushed me all the way to get there,” he added.
This now brings the career total of documented physical challenges and World Records to 1,048, covering 13 different sporting disciplines.
