New-look Stratford venue announces autumn line-up
Newly refurbished Stratford venue No.1 Shakespeare Street is welcoming some well-known names to perform this autumn.
BRIT award-winner Beverley Craven, Official Receivers, China Crisis and Simon Fowler of Ocean Colour Scene are among those confirmed in the September to November line-up, as well as top European five piece tribute act Absolute Bowie, Paul Weller tribute band The Modfathers, Coventry covers band Mr Ben, Bob Marley tribute act Legend and Coventry rock band The Subterraneans.
Publicity manager Jane Robbins said: “With the completion of the new bar, seating, sound-proofing and décor, the venue has a more stylish feel. A capacity of only up to 200 gives the audience that intimate and up-close experience.”
