Youn people can hone theatre skills at Coventry venue

YOUNGSTERS are invited to take part in the Belgrade Theatre’s first ever summer school from Monday August 1 to Friday August 5. Through workshops, rehearsals and a final show, participants of the course, aged between eight and sixteen, will be encouraged to develop and share their theatre skills.

Janthi Mills, general manager at the Coventry theatre, said: “The Belgrade Summer School is a great way for young people to learn some new skills, meet new people and ultimately build their confidence.

“The course is delivered by a team of qualified theatre professionals who will teach the participants a number of different movement, voice and acting techniques.
