Warwickshire buses ranked best in England, says Stagecoach
Stagecoach Midlands says independent research by Transport Focus shows bus passengers in Warwickshire are among the most satisfied in England, with services in the county achieving some of the highest ratings nationally.

The latest Your Bus Journey survey by Transport Focus reveals that overall passenger satisfaction in Warwickshire stands at 93%, placing it joint top in England.
Stagecoach services in Warwickshire have also been recognised as one of the highest-performing operators in the country, with 93% of customers satisfied with their journey, ranking second nationally.
The independent survey, based on more than 50,000 journeys across England and Scotland, highlights strong performance across key areas in Warwickshire, including:

Punctuality: 90% satisfaction (highest in England)
- Journey time: 94% satisfaction (highest in England)
- Overall journey satisfaction: 93% (joint highest nationally)
These results come as overall satisfaction with bus services across England has risen to 85%, demonstrating continued improvements in reliability and service delivery.

Strong partnership delivering results
The findings also highlight the success of collaborative working between operators and local authorities. Warwickshire County Council, alongside operators including Stagecoach Midlands, has invested in improving services through the Warwickshire Bus Enhanced Partnership.
