Leamington Indian restaurant wins Good Food Award for second year running
A popular Leamington Indian restaurant has won a prestigious national award for the second year running.
Kayal, in Regent Street, has followed up its success in the Blue Ribbon Good Food Awards last year by scooping the same award for 2025/26.
The restaurant is known for serving tasty south Indian cuisine.
Manager Jithu Paul said: “This back-to-back win highlights continued excellence and dedication in our cuisine .
"This recognition reflects not only personal effort but also the support of the local community, mentors, and collaborators who have contributed along the way.
"Achieving this honour for a second time is especially meaningful and demonstrates consistency, growth, and commitment.”
Last year, Kayal also won Regional Restaurant of the year 2024 and South Indian Restaurant of the year at the Asian Food and Restaurant Awards and South Indian Restaurant of the Year at The English Curry Awards 2024.
