Reeds Rains finds going the extra mile gets results

Reeds Rains in Leamington and Kenilworth is currently reaping the rewards of its commitment to estate agency in its bid to be the most accessible and dedicated estate agents on the high street.

The recent bank holiday Monday saw Reeds Rains inLeamington and Kenilworth as the only estate agent to be open.

This led to two properties being sold and two happy vendors.

Terry Robinson, sales director for both branches , said: “Having seen so many changes to the market in the ten years that I have been in this area, I have always believed that you must move with the times and now the market is getting better, we are far more in demand so why not be available and able to meet the needs of buyers and sellers?

“August 2013 saw us have our best sales month in five years and this is down to the constant hard work and dedication of my team and I. We are always available to do viewings at times to suit working people when most agents have closed, my negotiators take calls on their mobiles and one evening last week, we agreed a sale at 10pm.

“We opened on the recent bank holiday which led to two more properties being sold and we are fast becoming known as the estate agent that will show the commitment needed until each sale is achieved.

“Many people make the mistake of believing that as long as their property is on the internet, that is all that matters. This is not the case and as we have sold many properties this year that were unsold with a previous agent, we are clearly going the extra mile and getting results.”
