Application for new wine bar and entertainment space in south Leamington recommended for approval

An application for a new wine bar and entertainment space in Leamington has been recommended for approval providing certain conditions are met.

Charlie Victor Limited’s plan is to change the use of Railway Arch 11 and 12 at the Victoria Business Centre in Neilston Street from light industrial to a wine bar and entertainment space.

Six objections have been made to the proposal on grounds of amenity concerns/noise impacts, night-time economy and footfall, air quality and public health exposure and parking and traffic.

Burt more than 370 comments have been made in support of the plan citing the benefits of regenerating disused industrial units and cultural benefits to the community.
