Can the new year find hew homes in Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth for these rescue dogs?

As part of a regular column, we will be helping the centre find homes for rescue dogs

Whether it’s young or older, small or large, a dog that likes a long afternoon snooze or one that likes to be on the go, there are dogs to suit all different lifestyles and families at Dogs Trust Kenilworth.

Emma-Jane Thomas, manager at the Honiley based rehoming centre, said: “Dogs find themselves coming to us for a whole range of reasons, from illness in the family, a change in housing, perhaps having to move to rented accommodation which won’t allow dogs, to a change in working hours.

“But what we know all of our dogs have in common is the desire to be at the heart of a loving family that is the ideal match for them. For some that might be a lively household with lots of comings and goings, for others it might be with owners who like to head out for long countryside walks, and for others it might mean someone who likes to stay home a lot and enjoy peaceful, relaxing afternoons together.

“However you like to spend your time, if you know the time is right to welcome a dog into your life, we really hope that you take a look at our beautiful dogs so they have the chance of enjoying the life they deserve once more.”
