Gardens and Jephson Gardens.

Highlights from the year included the Leamington in Bloom Green Grant scheme supporting projects at local schools and community hubs, including the Stoneleigh Arms, the continued support for the funding of street tree planting and maintenance across the town, the planting of two new community orchards in Kingsway with support from Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, residents and councillors and a community planting day with Clapham Terrace Primary School and residents of Sycamores Care Home to improve the Pocket Park.

Jephson Gardens retained its Green Flag status for the 19th year running while The Pump Room Gardens and Oakley Wood also retained their Green Flag status.

In January, the Leamington Spa Eco Hub was launched.

Six Leamington and Warwick-based businesses worked together to revitalise an allotment plot for The Esther Project - a Leamington-based charity supporting women facing a range of life challenges.

Since relaunching in October 2025, the Leam Trash Friends volunteer group has continued to work to tackle litter and graffiti across Leamington through regular clean up activities and community action.

Volunteers have continued to care for the garden beside the public toilets in Regent Grove, carrying out regular weeding, watering, planting and tidying.

Cllr Boad said: “It was a pleasure to accept the Gold Award on behalf of Leamington.

"To receive a ninth consecutive Gold Award is a wonderful achievement and something the whole town can be proud of.

“The award reflects the work of the many residents, volunteers, schools, businesses and community groups who help look after our green spaces throughout the year.

“Thank you to everyone involved in Leamington in Bloom and to all those who give their time to make such a difference across the town.”
