The plans, which also include an application for listed building consent, have been put forward by Estee Lauder Companies for a Jo Malone shop, which is known for its perfumes and lifestyle items.

The application seeks to refurbish and decorate the inside of the unit as well as adding ‘Jo Malone London’ joinery to the ground floor, new fixtures and a new sign on the front of the shop.

In the planning documents it says: “It is considered that the proposed changes are sensitively designed and respect the setting, character and appearance of this Grade ll Listed Building and the Conservation Area.”
