A new book which celebrates the history of the Sikh community in Leamington and Warwick will be launched later this month.

Settlement and Development of the Sikh Community in Leamington Spa and Warwick has been written by local academic and author, Dr Ramindar Singh who is a member of the Leamington History Group.

Based on four years of dedicated research, original historical sources, and first hand interviews, this pioneering study uncovers the significant economic, social, and civic contributions made by the Sikh community to Leamington and Warwick and fills a gap in the general history of both towns.
