Eadon climbs into first for a fourth time

The fourth and final race of the Mid-Warwickshire Primary Schools Cross Country League took place at a frosty Priory Park, Warwick, with runners facing a two-lap course which featured a stiff climb on both circuits.

William Eadon (St James School, Southam) completed a clean sweep of victories to easily claim the prize for the best overall boy.

Alanah Mann from All Saints School in Warwick had won the previous three girls’ races in the series but, battling with a chest infection, was forced to settle for seventh.
