Woolerton, Norman Moorhead, Andy Richter and Harry Smith, assisted by caddies, Johnny Reay Jnr, Steve Woolerton and Cameron Woolerton, took on the challenge of playing four rounds of golf in a day to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The challenge is normally completed around one course, but the Stoneleigh team decided to crank up the difficulty and play four different courses.

The challenge began at 3.55am at Copsewood Grange and, concerned about whether they would be able to make the 7.20am tee-off time at Brandon Wood, the quartet decided to play the first hole in the dark.

Amazingly, nobody lost a ball and on the 180-yard tenth, Woolerton achieved his ace.

The team completed the first round at 6.45am and moved on to Brandon Wood.

After completing the second round they took a short break for lunch and arrived at Kenilworth GC at 12.55pm to begin the third round.
