Bromford to bring high-quality Shared Ownership homes to Bulkington through partnership with Miller Homes

Kington Meadows will see Bromford deliver the two- and three-bedroom homes on Leyland Road, in partnership with five-star housebuilder Miller Homes as part of its development of 95 homes.

The renowned homebuilder has held the maximum 5 Star rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for 13 of the last 14 years, emphasising the quality purchasers can expect from their new home.

These new homes follow the popularity of Raveloe Gardens, Bromford’s previous Shared Ownership development in Bulkington, which saw strong demand from those looking to get onto the property ladder.

Through Bromford Shared Ownership, buyers purchase an initial share of their home, typically between 25 and 75 per cent, paying a mortgage and deposit on that share with rent against the remainder. 

Owners can then later increase their share through a process called Staircasing, working towards full ownership over time and reducing their rent as they go, making the scheme an increasingly popular and viable route onto the property ladder.
